10:15 a.m.	Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! Traditional Walk around Baker Park! This year’s Top Dog sponsor, Frederick Veterinary Referral Group, will cut the red ribbon, officially kicking off the Walk from the Gazebo!

10:00 - 1:00pm	Events: Exhibits, Vendors, Rescue Groups, Entertainment, Agility Course, Bandana Bling, Facepainting & More Music provided by WFRE, Frederick's Country Favorite! Dog Contests at the Gazebo Scoop up after your dog and win prizes in our“Poop” Raffle (no, the poop is NOT the prize) Delicious food, ice cream, and sno-cones Chill out at Rover's Rest Stop .
